First Lady, Pastor Linda G. Hodge

Linda G. Hodge is a wife, mother, grandmother, author, eloquent motivational speaker, and co-pastor with husband, Dr. Fred L. Hodge at Living Praise Christian Center (LPCC), in Chatsworth and Lancaster California. Through their partnership and marriage for 30 years, they have led Godly lives of faith, hope and love, along with their five children and seven grandchildren. For more than a decade, Hodge has produced conferences, seminars, and extreme personal makeovers designed to uplift, support and empower women with the tools to renovate and restore their God-given destiny in life. Her commitment to abused women and children is unwavering. She is the author of three books, Woman Under Construction, Woman Under Construction Tool Book and she has just released Winning in Life: How to Bounce Back from Adversity.

Through LPCC, Hodge has founded five major community outreach programs: Women of Virtue & Excellence Network (WOVEN), which is a networking organization for women in the ministry as well as surrounding communities, and includes supportive services, empowerment workshops and an annual Women’s Conference to inspire and motivate women intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. This organization enables ordinary women lead extraordinary lives. Hodge spearheads the mentorship program, Sister-to Sister; a clothing drive, which helps provide garments to women in shelters and drug programs. Those that are victims of domestic violence benefit greatly from the Fashion Share program. Hodge has also created support groups called the Winners Circle, which provides mentors for single moms, along with workshops on life-skills, parenting, marriage, and various other issues pertaining to creating a wholesome, healthy woman. Lastly, Hodge has teamed up with the Angel Tree Network to host the annual Toy Drive, which supplies toys for children of parents that are incarcerated.
